I’m Esia Carlos Rivera, a coach dedicated to transforming athletes through a combination of cutting-edge biomechanics, strength training, and skill development . I've consulted for WCWS participants Oklahoma, Tennessee, and UCLA among others, as well as spent time as the lead trainer for NBA star James Harden. My approach integrates my experience as consultant, trainer, and coach to provide a world class experience for my softball athletes. My coaching goes beyond skill—guided by my Christian faith, I offer a holistic, empathetic approach that empowers athletes.
